There are many remedies that you can use to stop excessive sweating while sleeping for example if you’re a smoker try and control smoking and engage in exercises to control you sweating because smoking activates your nerves, leading to sweating. As well taking caffeine or spicy foods leads to a lot of sweating while you sleep. And whenever you sleep in an extremely hot room you may realize that you tend to sweat excessively than when you sleep in in an aerated room. You may, therefore, need to check on your clothes especially your pajamas or your bedding. And ensure that you sleep in light clothes or comfortable bedding that is light as well to ensure that you have normal sweating if you normally experience excessive sweating while sleeping.
